Swati Lodha, PhD, is an educationist-author-social entrepreneur with over 24 years of transforming lives.

She has coached 10,+ corporate executives and young minds directly and touched

millions through her best-selling books.

Her humble beginnings in tent classrooms in Rajasthan did not stop her from reaching Harvard. Her will, determination and persistence helped her make her mark in the education and training industry

at a very young age.

Having led her own companies and various reputed Management Institutions for 23 long years, she has helped nourish thousands of young leaders.

She founded her first venture Swash PD Pvt. Ltd. in which became a brand to reckon with. Her journey as an educationist began as the Founder Director of Jodhpur Institute of Management in , after which she has been a Dean at Jodhpur National University, Chief Incubation Officer at MDI Gurgaon, followed by Director at Aditya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai.

Under her leadership, AIMSR was ranked amongst the Top 10 Emerging B-School in the country. She further went on to be Head of Leadership at Prahlad Kakkad School of Business and Entrepreneurship. 

Her journey put her into a unique position of interacting with management students, entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, children, adolescents, parents and senior citizens.

These simultaneous experiences and explorations enabled her to research deeply which blossomed into an array of books ranging from award winning ‘Get Set Go’, ‘Why Women Are Who They Are’, Amazon Bestseller "Don't Raise Your Kids, Raise Yourself!" and "54 Reasons Why Parents Suck!".
